User Agreement for Grano
Effective Date: 2025-03-12

1. Welcome to Grano

Grano is a mobile application ("App") designed to entertainment. By accessing or using Grano, you agree to the terms of this Agreement ("Agreement"). Updates may occur; continued use implies acceptance of revised terms.

2. User Age Requirement

Grano is intended for users aged 17 years or older ("Users"). Users under 17 are prohibited from creating accounts or using the App. Grano does not verify age, and parents/guardians must supervise minors’ access.

3. Registration & Account Management

• To register, provide a valid email address and create a secure password.
• You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and notifying Grano immediately of unauthorized access.
• Accounts may be terminated by Grano for violations of this Agreement or suspicious activity.

4. User-Generated Content

• Users own content they upload ("UGC"), but Grano retains a royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use UGC for promotional purposes.
• You agree to:
• Ensure UGC complies with laws and Grano’s guidelines.
• Not infringe on third-party rights (e.g., copyright, trademarks).
• Grant Grano permission to modify UGC for technical reasons.

5. Content Moderation

Grano reserves the right to remove or restrict content that:

• Contains hate speech, violence, or adult material.
• Infringes intellectual property rights.
• Violates local laws or platform policies.
• Is reported by Users via liuqingyang20050304@outlook.com.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

• Grano collects data to improve services, including:
• Device type, OS, IP address, and usage patterns.
• Email address (hashed for security).
• Content interactions (e.g., likes, shares).
• Data is stored securely in California and anonymized where possible.
• Full privacy details are provided in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and proprietary rights in Grano belong to the Company. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is prohibited.

8. Liability Limitation

Grano does not guarantee the App’s availability, accuracy, or content safety. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., data loss).
• Unauthorized access or third-party actions on the App.

9. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. Grano may also terminate accounts for breaches of this Agreement. Upon termination:

• Your personal data is deleted.
• UGC may remain anonymized for statistical analysis.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

This Agreement is governed by California. Disputes are resolved through arbitration in California.
